The abstract submission deadline for SDVC2024 is 1st Oct 2024 (submission date extended). For abstract submission, strictly follow the template given below. Please send your "Abstract" file to the mailbox "cliang35-c@my.cityu.edu.hk" or “guifewang2-c@my.cityu.edu.hk” with the email title as "SDVC 2024 Conference Online Registration+MS No.+Name+Insititution" mentioned in the registration parts.

Your abstract submission result will be announced before 15th Oct 2024 by email, please check it carefully.

Significant Reminder:

• Considering the divergent regulations about going abroad to attend meeting (for participants from respective universities and institutions), if some relative documents are required, please contact the conference affairs group in time.

• The participants from the mainland will be asked to apply for the card of “Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao“, please reserve the enough time for processing.

• Since the conference dates approaching the Christmas, please schedule your trip in advance (e.g. flights/tickets, hotel booking).
