• Online Registration Notice: 1. Please finish the registration form (registration form download link is given below and will be issued in WeChat communication groups and conference website)
2. Please send the completed registration form, payment receipt/certificate, student ID card photo (if applicable), AMSE certificate of general membership or student membership or photo (if applicable) to the email addresses of secretariat (Mr. Liang Chen, cliang35-c@my.cityu.edu.hk & Mr. Wang Guifeng, guifewang2-c@my.cityu.edu.hk).

4. After the confirmation by the conference organizing committee secretariat, a notification email will be sent indicating your successful conference registration. If you do not receive it within five working days, please contact the secretariat of the conference organizing committee directly (Mr. Liang Chen, cliang35-c@my.cityu.edu.hk & Mr. Wang Guifeng, guifewang2-c@my.cityu.edu.hk).
Download registration form here *Notice: since the “word” format of the registration form is not supported to be downloaded in website, you will be free to choose one of following methods: 1. Download the“word”format of the registration form from the WeChat groups, after finishing it, please transfer it to the“pdf”format file for your submission. 2. Edit the“pdf”of the form directly, after finishing, you can submit by email directly. 3. Print it to fill in your information and then scan the form to“pdf”for your submission.

Please email the registration form given above, student ID card photo (if applicable), AMSE certificate of general membership or student membership or photo (if applicable) to the email addresses of secretariat.
